* Rental rates are based on a minimum of a 30 nights stay.
*The rate includes the suite rental and amenities, weekly housekeeping service,
extended TV cable Package, private telephone line with voice mail, local calls and utilities.
Rental Terms
Please take a moment to review the payment procedures and cancellation policies for Apartments International Inc. properties. Properties that we represent in Canada, the U.S.A. and worldwide will also have specific policies regarding deposits, payment and cancellation. We will advise you of these at the time of booking.
Payment Guidelines
Payment for the first 30 nights is due prior to the move-in date.
Payment for the next 30 nights (or portion thereof) will be billed 3-7 days prior to the anniversary date.
For your convenience, we accept payment by credit card, (administration charges may apply) certified cheque, company cheque, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
We require 14 days written notice for any cancellations.
The above conditions also apply if confirming or extending your move-out date.

* Listed rates are in Canadian currency (CDN), based on a 30+ night stay.
* Rates vary with length of stay, location, size and quality of Property.
* Additional services are available at an extra charge.
